Visited our hometown last week. The village--yes village is dilapidated, but it harbors sweet memories that my brother and I like to keep alive like taking walks along the Erie Canal (swipe) and going to the drive-in movies for a double feature.

Moments before my pen ran out of ink.

Me: "Allie let me do art on her couch."

What do you like to freewrite? Ya know, when you're trying to get the creative juices flowing so you just put pen to paper and see what comes out? 🖋

Really getting in touch with writing letters. I've always loved them. My grandmother used to give me pretty stationary often with birds and flowers around the trim. My mom wrote me letters when I started college even though she was only 40 minutes away and we talked on the phone nearly every day.
